St Bart’s Music Festival From January 8-22, the St Bart’s Music Festival kicks off, showcasing various genres, from classical to jazz. The festival is being marketed as opportunity to relax, take in the sites during the day, and get ready for nights of music and dancing. Located in the French West Indies, St. Bart’s makes for a relaxing holiday with its beautiful beaches (at least fourteen are not crowded, even in peak season), quaint villages, and restaurants. St. Barts is a popular destination for many Lesser Antilles travelers with its definite French feeling. You can stay at luxurious, private villas, take the ferry from St. Maarten to St Barts, and sample cuisine from high-end French restaurants.

Our 2009 Festival on the island runs for two weeks, from January 8 through January 22, 2009. Advanced tickets to performances are not necessary, just come to the island and pay at the door — the old-fashioned way!
