The Costa Brava region of Spain has a multitude sights and activities. For the nature lover, the Natural Volcanic Park of the Garrotxa region can't be missed. It is one of the most important protected natural open areas in the Girona regions. The most protected areas in this natural space are in the volcanic area, and are the Croscat volcano and the beech forest known as La Fageda d'en Jordà. Explore routes on foot, trips via horse and carriage, or use the train-bus that travels through these spots.
